Q: What can I eat during the challenge?
A: The challenge is made up of three weekly sub-challenges. We suggest implementing these challenges and keeping the rest of your diet as-is. The goal of this challenge is not to overwhelm you with a completely new diet but rather to guide you through small changes that will allow you to improve your health without giving up everything you know and love.
Q: Will you send the challenges to my email everyday?
A: The 21 day challenge is broken up into three weekly sections. We will email you two days before each week begins with the challenge for that week. For example, week one’s challenge is to swap out sugary drinks that spike blood sugar levels. We will provide you with a checklist, delivered straight to your email, with the challenge items for that week. We will also send check-in emails mid-week to help you stay on track.
Q: What if I have certain health conditions that prevent me from completing a certain part of a challenge?
A: That’s okay! You should always follow a doctor’s orders and listen to your body. If you cannot complete a certain challenge item – for example, perhaps you are unable to complete a 30-minute walk, that’s okay. You can customize the challenge to fit your needs. The idea of the challenge is to help you make progress towards better health in a fun way, whatever your starting point may be.
Q: I’m afraid that I won’t be able to make it all the way to the end of the challenge or that I’ll lose motivation. What can I do?
A: This is a very common feeling when taking on a challenge! This is why we’ve created a private Facebook Group exclusively for this challenge. Access to the Facebook groups comes free with the purchase of any challenge package. We’re inside the group offering daily coach and support during the challenge. Inside, you can share stories, share challenges and successes, and root each other on so you stay motivated and accountable throughout the 21 days.
